Description
Jeep® moved the exhaust forward on the 2012-18 Wrangler. Unfortunately, on a Jeep® with over 2.5 inches of lift, that means the front driveshaft is liable to make contact with the exhaust Y-pipe, causing the CV boot to melt and the driveshaft to fail prematurely. The Rugged Ridge® Exhaust Spacer Kit for 3.6L Wranglers helps move the Y-pipe further back, increasing the amount of front suspension travel from 2.5 to over 5.5 inches, thus saving the driveshaft. The spacers install on the flanges between the front headers and the Y-pipe without any permanent modifications to the exhaust system. Easy to install, includes hardware and is backed by the Rugged Ridge 5 Year Limited Warranty.

Questions
Joseph S.
Is this necessary for a Rubicon Express 2.5 inch lift? Thanks
Yes, these will work with 2.5" and higher.
Doug F.
Does this need a CARB number or is it okay since it is just a short spacer? If a CARB number is needed for 50-states use, is there one? If not, do any of the other spacer kits have a CARB number?
Exhaust spacers do not need CARB numbers.
