Need a little extra coverage for those over-sized tires? The Rugged Ridge 7-inch Flare program gives you the extra coverage you need while providing the clean look of original equipment designs. Each oversized flare is constructed of virtually indestructible UV treated thermoplastic to provide years of service. The special UV treatment put on each flare provides protection from sun fading. These flares are designed to bolt onto your vehicle. If you go offroad and need to protect your vehicle from rock chips and debris, look to Rugged Ridge 7-inch oversized Fender Flares!
Please Note: Uses TJ style rear flare and cutting is required.
Rugged Ridge's 7" CJ & YJ Fender Flares use a TJ Style Rear Flare enabling it to cover a larger wheel space. This feature also makes it possible to accept a larger size tire. Drilling required and must trim rear fender panels.
Made from lightly textured thermo plastic like the original but UV treated to prevent "chalking". Adds an additional 3.75" inches of tire coverage over the stock 3.25" wide flares. Wrangler sets include front "dog leg" fender extensions.
Drilling Required.
Some trimming to fender panel necessary for rear flare installation.

OMIX 7" Fender Flare Set Reviews
Covers tires I hope
Looks and had thembefore work great
I have a 94 Jeep YJ. The front fender flairs were a direct bolt on. The extra width was just what I wanted to cover the wider tires. THEY LOOK GREAT ! ! The rear went on just a smooth as the front. A little trimming on the back half of wheel well, clamp in place, mark holes, remove and drill new mount holes, bolt on with provided hardware. I will attach pics of before and after. Look at the install instructions provided on web site and you will see what you need to do. I did drill a few extra holes to make sure it fits tight against the body. Great product ! !
