Do these come prefinished black? No painting required?
Yes, these are molded in a textured black and intended to be installed as they are shipped. Not to be painted.
Are these a true jet Black? my originals turned gray.
Yes, they are black. Left alone they will fade to gray as well. UV stabilizers tend to leech out over time. Products like Forever Black will condition the plastic as it cleans and make them last longer.
do you have a installation guide that i can follow that i can print from your website?
No, unfortunately since these are original replacement parts, printed instructions are only located in factory service manuals.
