Does the tailgate trim panel available in different colors?
No, it is not available in other colors.

My Jeep is a 2017 JK Sahara and has no holes in the taigate.. Would you send pics of the tailgate? We may be talking about something different.
Click Here. this panel is located on the interior side of the tailgate along the top, it is the access cover for the wiring.
