Description
Warrior's Universal 3" Brush Guard is manufactured from high-quality steel and provides protection to your front grill and headlights when off-roading. The brush guard has a 14-degree tilt. Based on the your preferences, the brush guard can be tilted forward (away from the grill) or backward (towards the grill). This can be accomplished by simply unfastening the brush guard from the bumper and rotating it 180 degrees.

Easy install once you measure the hole locations (3x!! before drilling!).
Looks great. A little pricy for what it is, but it is high quality.

What are the overall dimensions L x H x W and wall thickness?
The overall width is 35-1/2" and the height is roughly 14". The depth is approximately 7". The Brush guard has a 14 degree angle and can be mounted so it is leaning forward (away from the vehicle) or back, toward the vehicle grill. The mounting plates are 3/16" and the 3" tube is 0.083" wall.
