Description
The HD Over Rider Bar is a perfect addition to the HD front bumper from Rugged Ridge for your Wrangler JK or JL. Made from tubular steel this simple bolt on addition will add protection to your grille and radiator while allowing proper air flow as well as still maintaining easy access to your winch.

Added Protection: Protects your grille from oncoming trail debris while you are out on the trails.

Compatibility: This Over Rider bar will only work with Rugged Ridge HD front bumpers. Bolts directly on with concealed mounting hardware so it looks like it was forged with the bumper.

Construction: Made from strong tubular steel to withstand the abuse of the off-road then is finished off with a satin black powder coat to prevent rust.

Simple install. Make sure you use some thread locker for this. You will not be able to get to the hardware once it’s installed because the bolts rest on top of the frame. Would be nice if this was welded to the bumper

Questions

Can the HD overrider bar be installed after the Rugged Ridge HD bumper and winch has already been installed? I have already mounted the number and Q series Quadratec winch and would like to add the overrider bar but trying to determine if I will have to remove the winch in order to install?
The overrider needs to be installed before the bumper is mounted to the Jeep. Thanks for your inquiry.
I see the winch is not included. Which one is recommended for this setup? Or, which is pictured? Thanks
The winch that is pictured is the Q-Performance Stealth Winch . This bumper is designed to fit midsize winches between 8,000 and 10,000 lb.
Are there tabs to add lights?
Unfortunately not on this over-rider hoop. You would have to use a clamp such as the Rugged Ridge X-Clamp
