Bumper sold separately.
Tailgate Support:
The tailgate support incorporates a plastic cup assembly that gives full support to the wheel carrier while also allowing for movement between the chassis and body. The adjustable tie rod connects the carrier arm to the door, allowing the arm to move with the door as it is opened and closed, negating the need for a separate catch assembly.
Plastic Bearing Assembly:
Machined plastic bushes are used as bearings in the hub. These should require no future adjustment or servicing. The bearing cap is a push-in interference fit.

ARB Rear Modular Swing Away Wheel Carrier in Black Reviews
Overall a great product but there are some things worth noting on the finer points. Once installed, there is quite a bit of friction right at the closing point (even when properly adjusted) and opening point. This may loosen during break-in and/or may be a good thing to ensure no noise or movement. The product is not noisy while driving and the tire sits low toward the bumper leaving a great view out the back window (32" tire). Installation is messy as there are lots of parts and if you have a TJ some parts you won't use! Finally, I don't want to blame the product but my finish installation came out such that I could not put the beauty cap over the swivel nut and assembly. I am still inventing a way to keep the water out and have it look good; I don't know if I missed installed it or the tolerances supplied by the manufacturer do not work out.
Bought the front bumper, rear bumper, and the tire carrier for my 94 YJ.
Called ARB directly and they said this vehicle has been removed from the application with to many issues to install. Tire mount doesn't align, rear third brake light doesn't align, template totally off, and the turnbuckle for the lock mechanism is too short.
ARB said it was my fault for purchasing because this was removed for the YJ over a year ago and they would not be able to help, but if I want to keep, take it to a shop at my expense to modify it to work. Thanks for that ARB
