The directions are terrible. It tells you to install the support bracket bolts loosely and then tighten up later. You can't get access to all of them. You have to tighten them enough to not move the brackets. Place the skid plate in position. Make sure that the holes line up. Remove the plate and then tighten the brackets before placing the plate back on.
