Inspired by off-road racing designs, you’ll be able to handle speed with ease while maintaining slow crawling capability. This kit consists of Front & Rear Dual Rate Long Travel Coil Springs, Front Lower Arms, Rear Upper Arms, Adjustable Track Bar, Track Bar Bracket, Bump Stop Spacers, Sway Bar End Links, Rear Brake Lines, and ADX 2.0 Adventure Series Remote Reservoir Aluminum Monotube Shocks.
The unique, cutting-edge design offers a smooth, high-performance experience that’s sure to please whether you’re deep in the back country or commuting to work on the interstate. High-pressure nitrogen gas offers lightning-fast response so your tires stay on the ground, giving you grip when you need it most. The separate reservoir allows for increased oil capacity and longer piston rods, meaning these shocks will perform like larger shocks without being cumbersome, and the aluminum will keep your rig light and ready to go.
Front and Rear Extended Length Sway Bar End Links allow full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). These sway bar end links include Skyjacker installed pressed-in HD OEM style rubber bushings.
The 1st Flex Rate stage delivers a comfortable ride with the ability to flex for increased articulation. The flex rate expands during full articulation as the suspension drops (full droop). This keeps the coil springs seated in the upper coil mount/bucket and the tires in contact with the terrain. The 2nd Ride Rate stage only engages after compression past the flex rate. Engineered to coordinate with the Gladiator's distinctive suspension handling characteristics, the rear coils are side specific.
Longer replacement Front Lower Control Link Arms correct caster angle. The inward offset bend improves tire clearance to maximize the turning radius. Longer replacement Rear Upper Control Link Arms correct rear drive shaft pinion angle. Both pairs of links have pressed-in HD OEM-style vulcanized rubber bushings at each end.
A replacement Front Adjustable Track Bar includes pressed-in HD OEM style rubber bushing and an adjustable 3/4-inch Heavy-Duty Rod End, Jam Nut, and Alignment Bushings. A Rear Track Bar Lower Axle Mount Bracket re-centers the rear axle and restores OEM handling.
A pair of direct replacement D.O.T. Certified Extended Length Stainless Steel Braided Rear Brake Lines are included, complete with bushings and high-grade mounting hardware.
