Lift is well made and installation is fairly easy. Directions are decent but could be better with correct part #’s. Go ahead and order better spring insulators to prevent spring bow on JL’s. Ride quality is what I would consider excellent.
I installed this 1.5" suspension lift on my 2020 Wrangler Unlimited Sahara 2.0 Turbo. I was very impressed with the kit - the components were very high quality and the installation instructions were clear and helpful. The only downside is that the part numbers on the parts didn't match the part numbers in the instructions. Installation was straightforward with no issues; if you're installing it yourself without a hydraulic lift, plan on 6-7 hours. The combination of the dual-rate coils and the M95 nitro shocks is fantastic - the ride quality is a touch firmer than stock but with body motions much more well controlled through corners and over rough surfaces. This kit is a steal for the price. I installed BFG All-Terrain TA/KO2s size 275/70R18 on the OEM wheels and clearance is perfect with no rubbing at full steering lock. 33s with an inch and a half of lift and better performance off road? Can't go wrong.
After waiting weeks for this lift to be released and shipped, I final received it and it was worth the wait. I installed it myself, I'm not a mechanic and probably made some rookie mistakes putting it in. It took about eight hours with the longest hang up being the passenger side bump stop ( couldn't get the nut to thread, there's no room, must have a flex wrench).
The ride is a tad bit stiffer than stock. The tops of the progressive coils are in full compression/bind and probably come into play when the axle droops and rebounds.
This lift will give you two inches of lift in the front and one inch in the rear. This was exactly what I was looking for since I'm only running 33's on a Sahara. This lift will keep your jeep looking classy yet very functional.
