The Spartacus HD Adjustable Wheel Mount Kit by Rugged Ridge handles up to and including 39" spare tires mounted on your Jeep Wrangler JL. The kit provides superior strength with depth and tilting adjustment for a custom fitment and allows clearance for the factory and most aftermarket bumpers. This kit also includes an adjustable third brake light bracket to comply with most state laws (light not included). Installing to the factory original positions with ease. The Spartacus HD tire carrier hinge system is sold separate and a necessity to handle those heavier tires.

Rugged Ridge Spartacus HD Wheel Mount Reviews
Good quality
Great quality as usual from Rugged Ridge. The only thing that is lacking is the instructions. Nothing in instructions on how to remove the backup camera from the old mount, which is fairly hard to do as you have to pry away the camera mount, which is plastic from inside the tire mount which has a VERY good adhesive.
