Rough Country Front Trail Bumper Reviews
Good bumper and a terrific value--3/8" steel, fairly high, modern angular look, thick recovery points, recessed winch plate, good welds, light bar, cube lights, and a disconnect skid? You can't go wrong with this one.
Install was fairly easy--though the instructions were a tad difficult to follow as the photos are greyscale and not very clear. You really should have a friend help you out as aligning some of the bolts might prove difficult on your own. But once aligned, they fit perfectly.
I've wheeled twice with this bumper so far and while it hasn't taken any hits yet, I expect it will do just fine.
A word to the wise: the cube lights have tall and deep heat sinks--I started to mount a Warn EVO winch and the innermost four fins of the heat sinks push that particular winch up by more than half an inch, so you can't align it with the mounting holes. I've opted to trim the aluminum fins in order to mount the winch. It takes a bit of time to do so with a Dremel and cover the exposed metal with Rustoleum high-heat paint, and all is well. I don't expect this to impair the heat dissipation to a significant degree.
