Each end of this tie-down is fully adjustable allowing the center point and ratchet to stay exactly where you require. Engineered with durable 1.5-inch polyester material, this tie-down offers a deluxe wide grip ratchet with built-in retention clips keeping the tire securely in place. Additionally, hooks can be removed if you just want to wrap the ends around a tube frame and secure them back into the three-bar adjuster. Fits 22"-36" size tires.
