What size screw/bolt for this part?

Part number 06510304AA, they are M6x1.0x35

Can you give any info regarding how this mounts, where it mounts, and it's purpose? I assume it feeds ambient air to near the air filter box inlet. Will this work in conjunction with the Mopar Cold Air Inlet filter cover and tube to eliminate cutting the hood? Haven't installed the Cold Air Inlet kit yet. Not eager to cut a brand new hood.

This is simply a replacement part for the air cleaner system. This is what feeds the hvac system the filtered air, while the rest goes to the engine for combustion
