The Mopar 2" Receiver Hitch is a factory replacement for the original hitch on a Wrangler JL. If your factory hitch has become damaged, dented or rusted and you need a replacement this hitch is the answer. With the nuts welded in place, installation is simple reusing the hardware that is found on the Jeep. If you are looking to outfit your JL Wrangler with a new hitch with hardware there is a kit #82215209

Needed a hitch. Great price and Mopar. Have to buy 2 bolts separately. The bolts are very expensive but much cheaper than buying the full kit.

Will this work with 2018 Rubicon JL with factory Steel Bumper Option
Yes, this model is applicable for MB5 bumper code, which is a plastic molded bumper on base and sport models and the MD6 bumper code that Rubicon steel bumper your Jeep has. This hitch is not for use with bumper group MBC, which is the molded rear bumper that Sahara and Rubicon models have when they are not equipped with the steel bumper group. Thanks for your inquiry.
