Higher Efficiency: Once installed, the Aluminium Fan Shroud with electric fans, each providing 950 CFM, will drastically improve cooling performance in 89-01 Jeep Cherokee XJ's. Improved airflow has been tested up to 41.9% at idle, and 22% better than the stock fan at 2,500 RPM.
Direct Fit: This complete kit is specifically designed for the XJ, and will install in place of the OEM fan & shroud without any modifications to the vehicle. All necessary components are included for a no-hassle install. Works with original radiator and Mishimoto performance radiator applications. More Coverage than Stock: The Aluminum Fan Shroud consists of three 10" high-flow slim fans that cover more area than the factory setup, resulting in better airflow to the engine and radiator.- Mishimoto Aluminum Fan Shroud

Mishimoto Performance Aluminum Fan Shroud with Electric Fans Reviews
I spent over 12 hours properly installing this shroud with wiring, relays and a controller. This item does not move enough air to cool a 2000 Cherokee XJ with the a/c on. I live in Texas and tested in the evening at 90° F and 80% humidity. Without a/c and 2 of 3 fans on my temperature settled at 210° F. Once I turned on the a/c, all 3 fans turned on however the temperature kept rising until 225° F. I had to turn off the a/c because the fans could not bring the temperature down. When the XJ is moving it is fine, but at idle with the a/c on, this fan shroud does not move enough air to properly cool the engine. Yes, my XJ is 22 years old, but this was installed on a completely rebuilt engine with less than 1,500 miles, new water pump, new t-stat, new hoses, new radiator and new radiator cap. The XJ was NOT overheating at idle with a/c on using stock mechanical and aux. fan.
