The Crown Automotive Spare Tire Stopper is a replacement upgrade for the Jeep CJ and Wrangler with swing out tailgate. This tire stopper mounts in place of the original to limit the tailgate and tire from swinging too far and ruining the hinges. Match your other trim with stainless steel highly polished or powder coated black. New installation hardware is included.

Only complaint is that it came with 5/16- 18 bolts and my 93 wrangle used 1/4-20 bolts. No biggie.
