Whether you are sitting in traffic in your stock Jeep or ripping through the trail in your supercharged JK, a reliable and effective cooling system is a necessity for reducing engine component wear and for increasing engine longevity. The Mishimoto Jeep JK All-Aluminum Radiator is an updated version 2 of the original precision-engineered aluminum radiator. Even though it's been redesigned it's still a direct bolt-in fit that requires no modification to your vehicle. This radiator provides significant increases in efficiency, thanks to its 1.26" thick core and 18% increase in volume over the factory radiator.
The Mishimoto Jeep JK radiator is constructed from high-quality, aircraft-grade aluminum with TIG-welded end tanks and a 100% brazed aluminum core. Our radiators are designed and built to handle the rigors of off-roading, severe weather environments, and competitive driving. This radiator is designed to improve heat dissipation significantly, making this an ideal upgrade for a stock or modified 3.8L. The Mishimoto Jeep JK Performance Aluminum Radiator includes a 1.3 bar radiator cap and the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.

Mishimoto Aluminum Radiator Reviews
2012 jku. replaced stock radiator with mishimoto about 4+ years ago now & has been fine. Not sure why others are having leak problems. Installation method? Had mine installed at a shop.
Good upgrade!
I'm giving the company 5 stars but not the radiator. I had mine for little over 2 months and started leaking from the top left and right on the engine side of the radiator. Passenger side frame, steering components, wheel well and control arms were sprayed with coolant. Called up Mishimoto and they immediately handled my concern like it was there own. I had to send in a few pictures along with the invoice and they instantly had one sent in the mail with a tracking number sent to my email. I chose to have one overnighted because I need it for a wheeling trip this coming weekend at Rausch. I had thought about going back to OEM but with customer service as good and as fast acting as there's, I decided to stick with what I got. Also ordered a thermostat at a price discount, too. Functionality, I never had it on the trails. In saying so there hasn't been a heavy load on the engine since having it installed. I did notice that in cooler intake temps, courtesy of the Superchips TD2, I did notice the engine ran around 199-205, Jeep JK thermostat opens at 203. If you're looking for a radiator that is in the process of being revamped since this is still a relatively new company with outstanding customer support, I would go with this one. If you don't have time, patients or money(labor charges) to put up with it, probably not what you're look for.
