Reviews for Mopar Cargo Tray for 18-24 Jeep Wrangler JL Unlimited
Very cool, but wicked confusing instructions. The “gap hider” is not in this box and was already on my Jeep. I have a Sahara so I’m not sure if it comes in a Sport already? Either way once I got over understanding that it’s pretty straightforward. Go gently removing the gap hider as the clips holding it in get mangled. If the clip is mangled, pull it out & bend it back. I like the protection for the seat backs. This is a smart bit of kit.
Looks great, quality is good but design is poor. I have the leather seats and installation was fairly easy. The problem of the design is that the mat that is laying on the cargo floor is attached to the portion on the back of the seats. When you lower the seats to load cargo the mat has enough friction that after a couple of times the plastic hardware pops out of the connection points on the back of the seat. And no I did not have anything on the mat when lowering the seats. I have had this for over a year now and 4 of the plastic connectors have broken and I cannot find replacements for them. Looks great if you never lower the rear seats...Look elsewhere for a better design.
These are more bad than good thus the two stars. Not too difficult to install, use the Youtube video. Look good, rugged and will stand up to ware and tear. Don't like the gap on the sides and really don't like the fact you have to continue to re attach the panels on the back of the seat every time you raise or lower the seats. I should have gotten the bed liner instead.
I would not order this cargo liner - while it is really not that difficult to install (watch the you tube video - the mopar instructions are terrible) I am disappointed with the fitment. Every time I lift the rear seats up the liner pops away from the rear seats. I also don't like how much the rear liner overlaps the rear seats - the seat liners do not fully cover the rear seats and you can still see carpet at the top.
Do not recommend this. Presumably, you're installing this at least in part to protect your carpet in the back. One step is to cut 10 (ten) holes in the carpeting on the seat backs. The Ikea style directions are incomprehensible, thank god for YouTube. Mopar should be ashamed of themselves for these worthless directions. When installed, and the seats are folded forward, the liner rides up on the bottom of the seats. I'd say just buy a throw in bed liner rather than this.
Ordered this over a month ago and was delivered without the necessary clips to install. Reached out to Quadratec customer support and their only solution was to submit a warranty order with the manufacturer. The clips are not in stock and not estimated to ship until 1.5 months after I received the cargo mat. So the mat continues to sit in my garage and not in my Jeep...really disappointing.
Agree with above reviews. When raising or lowering seat they snap out. Most annoying. Is there a fix? Not really wanting to glue.
THIS DOES NOT FIT THE 4xe!
I found out the hard way.. Is there a model that does fit the 4XE?

Instructions are garbage and indecipherable. Ended up cutting out holes in the wrong section and ruined the mat.
Mad at myself for even trying
