It works great, and looks great, but I'll need to either take the tire carrier brake light off, or try to relocate it on the tire mount as the light on my 2003 Wrangler TJ is now too close to the hardtop window to allow the wiper to work properly. I also wish that the photos in the description for this mount would have shown that the spare is actually at an angle instead of being completely vertical as it is with the stock carrier. It looks good, but I personally prefer the vertical look.

Not impressed after waiting almost four months to get shipped I put on my Jeep and it sits flush however the tire sets on an angle to clear the bumper. It looks real stupid in my opinion and every body elese. going to see if I can return and order a spacer kit and use factory mount.

holds the tire too far off the back of the tailgate, and at an unnecessary angle that causes too much downward pressure on the tailgate. mine literally ripped the bolts and threads out of my tailgate and fell to the floor..... jeep is rust free, and only a 33in tire just sayin, failed miserably for me, maybe itll be solid for you.
