Didn’t realize that when I was putting it on my 2013 2 door hardtop that in order for it to look like the pictures that you also need door surrounds which cost almost another $300. It doesn’t look good without them the top is tucked under the top of the door. Shipping was fast and it was easy to install. When I called about the issue I had was told “well you don’t need the door surrounds so we don’t list it as need”.

This product arrived on Saturday missing two straps which were instrumental in holding the top in place. Monday morning I called Quadratec and they bent over backwards to resolve the issue. I haven't installed the top yet (waiting on parts to arrive), but I'm more than pleased with Quadratec's willingness to make a wrong right.

The thing was well made and perfect for trail only use as anything over 30 mph and the rear of it flapped so bad it was maddening. Had to return it. Costly mistake.

This item is not worth the money. You would be better off paying the extra money to purchase the entire soft top.

It was horrible it came without the passenger side Velcro and was missing at least four straps. Two of which were supposed to sewn into the top. Also I sent it back without a problem and just opened the replacement top. And it is STILL missing parts. The two rear hooks that hook into the rear of the vehicle are missing. What the hell is wrong with these peopl? There is a picture on the box showing that they are supposed to be there. This company master top has crappy service (I was on a month long back order for the first top) and they still got it wrong and now for the second time it is wrong. I'm gonna contact customer service tomorrow when Quadratec opens and get another replacement top or a refund to buy a top from a manufacturer that actuall cares about its customers and sends out a quality product that is complete and not missing parts. SERIOUSLY WHAT ARE THIER QUIALITY CONTROL PEOPLE DOING OVER THERE.
