Much less expensive than OEM but not as good. My install was on an early 90's YJ.
The square plastic part slips through the cutout in the vehicles core support just fine but is difficult to snap into place. Required extra time to make it work. I filed the plastic a little and then after inserting I forced the tabs to pop out by using a small flat blade screwdriver in the slots from behind. Once properly snapped into place they feel fine. Time will tell if they hold up well.
Also as seen in the picture adjustment is from the front only. Doesn't allow the option of adjusting from the back with a small wrench, like the OEM does.
