Reviews for Diver Down Front and Rear Neoprene Seat Covers for 07-18 Wrangler JK 2 Door
Fits great,
They were nice, but faded rather quick. Granted, it was out in the sun a lot, but should have not starting fading in less than a month, by 5 or 6 weeks it was totally faded.
Almost perfect. But the one imperfection, sadly, has me re-thinking my choice.
I got the red Diver Downs for my 2017 Wrangler JK 2 Door.
The Pros: Great quality, soft, relatively easy to install, they look AMAZING.
The Cons: The passenger bottom seat cover does NOT fit well on a 2017 JK. There is an awkward rear flap on the outer bottom seat with a hook that can't connect anywhere. I've tried connecting to several makeshift places with no success. I appreciate the hook, but I spend 30 minutes trying to find a place I could hook it in and secure the panel.
Because of this issue, my front passenger seat bottom portion of the cover looks like garbage. They no longer give the illusion of custom seats with this area loose and flapping in the wind. Sadly, those who I ride shotgun with see this massive design flaw (see what I mean in the "Customer Submitted Photos".
Almost perfect, but imperfect enough to at least consider other options for late model JKs.
They look pretty cool can't wait to get them but been on backorder for 2 weeks . Hope to get them soon .
Good fit, easy install. Looked really good, but as a top-down guy, the color just didn't hold up over time. I've already replaced them. (New ones have the same issue)
These are pretty nice seat covers, it is my opinion that they are way overpriced for what they are. They fit OK but with a few tweeks they could be a MUCH better product. I will keep them but in all honesty I wish I had waited and spent more on something a little better. They are Slightly better than what you would buy at Walmart or a parts store. If I had it to do over again, ide buy something else. Just my 2 cents. They do Look good and make a nice presentation overall.
Great fit. Comfortable. BUT.... gone thru 2 sets in two summers. Fade from Sun badly.. even tried Scotchguard UV protection on second set. Made ZERO difference.
Got these just a little over a year ago, comfortable, easy to install, but was disappointed that they faded.
Like other reviews I read about the red color fading to pink due to sun exposure,I couldn't give 5 stars to these covers. The black color and overall cover held up well.Other then the fading they fit and work well.
After 1 summer I couldn't take the color any more and removed them.
I plan to get more of the same except in plain black.
I wish I could these more stars. They were easy to install and they fit very well. I like the feel of them. You don't stick to them in the heat. But, unfortunately, they are not UV protected. It only took two days of South Texas sun to bleach them out to a pale pink and grey. If you don't plan on going topless, I do highly recommend this seat covers. If they are every offered with UV protection, I will buy them again.
