Great material instantly knew I made a good purchase. My jeep is only 3 years old and the old supports I removed were clearly worn down and damaged. These are 10 times more sturdy. Super easy to install, I recommend a light filing of the holes before checking for fitment. Get the studs filed well but you want the new Delrin pieces to fit snug into the jeep.

Very happy with this product. Instructions were more than clear, installation was very easy. The toughest part is getting the old bushings out, my hinge actually moved with the banging.

Amazing. A lot better than factory. Were a breeze to put in.

The inside of the hinge must be absolutely clean. Any builds up or debris will cause the bushing to shrink inside diameter. And very hard to install door pin. The bushing should push into the barrel easy by hand. Don't force it. The bushing will consrtict and the door will bind.

I always look at Quadratec first.

My only challenge has been getting the old sleeves out. I recommend this product. I now have a JL Wrangler but having owned at least six JKs have replaced in all but the first (didn't know of). Well made and performs as advertised.

Easy install and if done properly, these work flawlessly. You must spend the effort to emory cloth the door hinge pins smooth. No rust, no paint, no imperfections or they will bind. Do this, lightly grease the pins and install the doors and you will have no problem. Don't do this and it will be challenging to get the doors back on all the way without forcing them on. I needed to use a little more than the emory cloth provided but that is a cheap pruchase.

Easy to install. Be sure to sand down the inside of the hinges and the door pins very well before trying to insert these.
