I'll start by saying my old top still worked but it looks beat and my windows were scratched. The zipper on my doors windows broke so I decided to replace everything, so I could start fresh and it would look nice. This has been a nightmare for me. First Quadratec sent me the wrong color but they fixed that issue, it caused me to lose a weekend because customer service only works M-F. Got the new top, it looks great all shiny and new looking. The fit it terrible, like some other reviews have said. It's like the whole thing is just too big. It sags over the front seats, it's lose on the back at the top causing the side windows not to be tight either. It bunches together because there is too much material. When I drive down the road it flaps like crazy and because the back is loose, the side windows flap too. This is my 3rd top I've replaced on my 95 Jeep, so I know what I'm doing and I know how to replace them. This is bad quality and I'm very disappointed in BestTop. I bought a BestTop sailcloth in 2003 and it was great, lasted me 11 years. In 2014 I bought a Quadratop to save some money and the quality isn't as good but I expected some regression going for a lower price. If not for the window zippers breaking I probably wouldn't have looked to replace it. I can't get this new top off fast enough and I'm going back to my old top(the Quadratop). I'm having Quadratec send me new door skins to fix my zipper problem. Hopefully everything goes smoothly with that. I would've tried another top but looking at the reviews other people are complaining about problems with sag and zippers so I'm scared to wait too long. It's mid September and the weather will be changing soon and I need to do this while it's still warm.
I gave it 1 star because it looks great being new but for fit it is zero stars.

So very disappointed with this product had a best top, and loved it fit wonderful. This new best top is saggy like a birdbath, fills with water every time it rains. Flops and flaps so loud and just awful. Not satisfied at all, paid a lot of money to have this tarp, just not worth the money. Just wish I had the same quality as the first one. Really, Really disappointed, don't understand why this would be so, saggy , like when it fills up with water it toches my head. Scary.
