Reviews for Quadratec JK-TWEET15 Super Tweeters (Pair) for 15-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
Greatly improves the sound from factory and easy to install defiantly worth it if you don't want to put in a whole new stereo
Must have for any jeep, sounds great.
Fantastic! I replaced my factory tweeters with these (along with replacing the soundbar speakers with the K-6.5CFG15's) and it sounds like a new Jeep. No, it's not perfect. No, the bass is not amazing like you'd get if you add a subwoofer. But by replacing the soundbar speakers and the tweeters, there is a 150% improvement with only about 20 minutes of time invested. One note... make sure you have a 7mm socket before you try to replace the tweeters... you're going to need it.
Replaced the factory ones on my Jeep Wrangler (all six) and what a difference. Very happy with the sound I am getting now.
Easy plug and play. Sound is much crisper and clearer when windows are down.
what a HUGE difference! replaced all factory speakers - tweets were the last. combine them with Kickers in the sound bar and door and we now have a concert in the Jeep. thanks!! GREAT product. and super easy to install.
Speakers sound great! Great upgrade from the factory tweeters. Similar quality speakers can probably be had elsewhere for less but you'll have to do some customizing during install. For me, it was worth paying the extra for the ease of true plug and play installation. *Installation note: the speakers are made to allow the user to aim them towards the driver and passenger (a feature which makes them sound even better) however, the easy swivel adjustment made by rotating the speakers from underneath the installation plate must be made before they are placed into the speaker receptacle.
Better than the stock tweeters in our 2016 JKU. But I was hoping for more. I wish they angled back a little instead of point straight up.
easy plug and play as described. 20 minute install and that includes taking the old ones out. good quality sound.
These improved sound greatly, however what I got didn't quite match whats in the pictures, and I had a different set of instructions than provided on this site.
In the picture there is that area wrapped in that black material where the wires connect and that little box is, mine did not have that wrapping and every thing was disconnected. My instructions showed me how to manually connect the wires and everything was left exposed without that black wrap.
Not sure if it's gonna be a problem or not? So far it works great so I guess no biggie.
