Replaced the tweeters in both the dash, and the sound bar. Much clearer sound throughout even with the top off!

2017 JKU Sahara. I replaced the dash tweeters with these units, it was a good upgrade, sound is much better. Install was super easy. I would recommend these and would buy them again.

Well worth it. Don’t stop at just adding main speakers - the clarity and tone that these add are awesome.

2016 JK 4dr (Super Tweeters):
Mounted in dash on top of stock grille (cut hole with Dremel). Love the look and it does sound better (no partial blocking by stock grille).
Also, ordered a second pair and mounted in overhead sound bar. Fit fine with a little finesse.

Another great product in the Quadratec line! I bought these for the front of my 2015 JK 2 door and they perform better than expected. Now, my OEM sound bar speakers failed and I put these in the bar. Yes they fit. The mounting holes line up perfectly and the added bonus is the factory style connectors! Ordering a new pair to reinstall up front.

Easy install and definitely 1000 times better sound than stock.

Who would have thought this little upgrade would improve the quality of sound reproduction in such a dynamic manner... the crisp, clean and clear sound produced by the upgraded front tweeters inspired me to replace the rear tweeters.

Although everything I’ve read indicated these tweeters wouldn’t fit in the sound bar of my 2018 jk 2dr Sahara, I sample fit-tested one of these in the sound bar and it’s an exact fit.

This review follows the four phases of my stock sound system upgrade:

I began by replacing the front dash speakers. The improvement was so good that I ordered the upgrade speakers for the sound bar. While preparing to write up a review on the upgrade of the four main speakers I read a few online reviews and stumbled across a comment on how good the tweeter upgrade sounded. That said, I ordered tweeters for the dash. WOW, amazing difference!

I immediately ordered another pair of dash tweeters that arrived today. It’s a quick and easy project replacing the tweeters that’s worth every penny.

I encourage everyone that’s interested in replacing their dash tweeters to spend a couple minutes to plug one into the sound bar to hear it for yourself.

It’s important to mention that my receiver is the low end model hat sounded horrible until I replaced all cardboard style factory speakers & tweeters.

I’ve just ordered the Kicker 10” subwoofer, but it’s on back order, so I’ll have to follow up with a review on it.

I’ve attached a few photographs that includes a side by side comparison.

The sound is now so good that I’ll keep the factory receiver for now...
