Black powder coating wears off and chips, then the bars look rusted. Cost to re-paint is higher than buying new bars.

Power voting and outside quality is very good. Tubing is a bit flimsy as it flexes when entering and exiting vehicle..

Purchased these 3 or 4 years ago. The powder coat held up great, the non-slip pad broke down and has holes on both steps

The steps were good initially. Good look and fairly sturdy. Unfortunately, after the (3) year warranty was up, we started seeing rust bubbling through from the inside. After (4) years, we now have some sizable rust holes that have rendered the steps unusable. We do live in the rust belt, so some rust is expected, but we expected the steps to last longer than they have.

Really like the steps at first. Unfortunately the plastic insert becomes brittle and breaks and there is no replacement. So you have to buy a whole new step. Steps are metal and seem to be fairly heavy duty just unfortunate they picked plastic for the step area.

Well, I've had these three years now and they warrantied for two years. One of the cheap plastic inserts dry rotted and busted through. Now, I don't drive this Jeep much, and when I do I never beat it! It's covered 24/7. Now, I have to spend $25 for double back ordered inserts (that may not even fit) no one knows...
So buy the metal ones, or a different brand...

They don't fit.

FLIMSY! The brackets flex aginst your rubber body mount bushings when you step up on them. These will eventually destroy your body mount bushings. Terrible design I was very unhappy with this product!
