Pretty easy to drop the windshield and replace. I had grab handles installed and they made it a bit of a challenge to get the bolts to grab re-attaching the struts to the roll bar, but the old one was so, so old and cracked. It all worked out great, and the new part fit exactly and all holes lined up exactly.

Had to use silicone to attach it firmly

a very thick piece of rubber cowl, made a very tight seal was difficult to pull windshield up into place. Made everything a fit tight, nice seal, sure beats the old crumbly worn out one I had. Nice eye appeal. Happy with the quality was easy to replace.

Good quality and price was great - replaced this cowl seal in about 3 hours as I had never done it before and the 1987 YJ I have had never had the windshield down, thus stuck screws, etc. Fit was ok, and I assume not great due to it being new.
