Reviews for OMIX Front Full Door Seal for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
I read the reviews for this product and was skeptical. However there are not a lot of options for door seal replacements. The day after I installed it I could see water leaking down the new seal. Much worse than my work out factory seal. Not to mention you need to SLAM the door for it to shut.
Would of have gave 0 stars but needed 1 for the review. Better of going to a dealership or an actual jeep parts dealer. I replaced the old seal with the new one and it let in so much more water, plus going over 30 mph it sounds like your window is cracked open, pretty annoyingly loud. You get what you pay for, this isn't worth the 50 bucks or your time.
Purchased both this and the drivers seal to replace tired factory seals which were leaking.
The replacements are not manufactured to factory specifications. The material used is harder and thicker than the OEM seal. As a result the door does not seal properly against the body and ended up leaking worse than those I replaced.
Best bet is to skip these aftermarket replacements, pick up the Mopar replacement parts and be done with it.

Same as comments below. I bought this seal to replace a small leak. The tubing is too thick and leaves a gap in the top corner. I now leave towels in jeep to mop up water. You now have to slam the door just to get it to close. with door closed I can stick my finger out of the top corner.
I had a little water getting in on the drivers side up near the top right corner of the door. Bought this seal to replace factory seal....and now the door doesn't close tight all the way, up near the top right corner of the door seal. I can see daylight between the door frame and seal with the door closed tight. Save your money. This seal leaks worse than any little drip you have with the factory seal.
The hard rubber section of this seal that mates with the windshield pillar is too stout. My door will not shut correctly now with this seal. It leaves an 1/4 inch gap in the top right corner of the door, you can see straight inside the cab. I went from an annoying drip to a water fall after putting this seal in.
