Reviews for OMIX Front Full Door Seal for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK
Seems to be good quality. Easy to install, and way cheaper than the OEM one. It is hard to close at first and has not fixed my leaky door issue. However I cant blame it on the quality or fit of the product. I will slowly replace the other seals in the door and eliminate the issue. With a 5 year warranty if it doesn't work I will try for a refund.
For 50$ its way cheaper than the 150$ for OEM.
Works good but makes doors harder to shut
I read the reviews before purchasing the product, so I knew what I was getting into. The photo comparing the OEM and this OMIX-ADA replacement won me over, it's much higher quality. Yes, the door is hard to close currently, but i can tell that it is much better sealed from rain. The pathway for water coming off the roof to take is very well defined. What I did notice and didn't expect is wind noise from the top front area of the door when going faster than 30mph. I hope this will settle, but there's no apparent issue with how the seal is seated nor any air felt while in motion.
Seals the doors much more tightly than the originals. Easy installation. Sadly, there is still a leak on both sides during really heavy rain. At least it's less water and the carpet dries easily.
Passenger side worked perfectly but the driver side did not fit as expected, still leaks on that side.
doors don't like to shut after putting these on
The fit of the door seal is NOT close to OEM. This seal makes the door very difficult to close. The seal did correct the air leak but the door must be slammed shut to close the door tightly. If I had it to do over, I would purchase a OEM product.
After the installation in my jeep, the doors do not close easily, you have to throw them hard to close.

Purchased this seal because it was in stock and I needed a quick fix for a leaking driver side front door. Unbeknownst to me the seal was warped and damaged. Unfortunately, I did not find this out until multiple rain events having to shop vac water from my floor board and changing out the A pillar seal, and still ending up with more leaking. Finally took to dealer, costing even more money, light rain, no issues; hard rain, floorboard full of water. Safe to say Not impressed.
