Product gets 5 stars. Noticeable difference in throttle response which on a manual also makes for smoother shifting (and less shifting because there seems to be a slight gain in power). Unsure of any increases in gas mileage.

Customer service from Jet gets 0 stars. Unable to get the vehicle to turn over initially. Removed and reinstalled to a check engine code and traction control code. Called customer service and was on hold for 20 mins. Ended up leaving a message for a return call which several hours later, still hasn’t come. Thankfully able yo tinker a bit and get it working properly.

I have more power, The transmission shift points are where I like them, As for MPG no change but I wasn't expecting much of a change, Could be I'm in it too much.

Make sure you read the instructions. I ended up breaking the Mopar back-shell, when it wouldn't release the module. It's now being held together with duct tape.
I didn't really notice more power, but cruising at 60 and 70, I'm barely pushing the accelerator. Engine runs amazingly smoother. Can't wait to check the mileage.

I don't see a huge difference when it comes to gas mileage but I definitely see a difference when it comes to performance. Much quicker than when it was stock.

Seems to have changed shift points, which was fine with me. Didn’t put on a dyno, so not sure that I can verify horsepower gain. Overall happy enough with it though.

First, the instructions that are on this site are garbage. Go to Jet Chip's website and use those instructions. I see a photo on here of someone installing this to the white connector- I hope that's correct for them. Per Jet this is to be installed on the BROWN connector for 11-19 3.6L Wranglers.
Besides the instructions on this site, so far I'm extremely pleased with this product. I'm averaging high 17 mpg which i haven't seen since I bought my wrangler. Slightly modified shift points and that seems to feel pretty good. Just coasts on the highway now, love it. Haven't tested for any HP or torque gains, but I seem to feel a little more power.

Awful product and awful customer service. Tried multiple times plugging the module in to ensure correct fitment. Every time the module made my wife’s jeep run like complete crap and was throwing check engine codes. I contacted the manufacturer about the issue and they wont refund me for the part. My wife is a member of Chesapeake jeep club and I can assure they will not be buying any of these products. If you buy this product you will regret it.
