Reviews for Teraflex Front Swaybar Quick Disconnects for 07-18 Jeep Wrangler & Wrangler Unlimited JK with 0-8" Lift
Perfect for better articulation (and reducing passengers bouncing around) while off-road. A little more work than just pushing a button for the electronic disconnect on the Rubicon model, but much cheaper and still very functional. I also recommend bringing a towel/sheet for lying on the ground to disconnect/reconnect.
When they are disconnected and held up out of the way, be warned that wider tires will likely rub these a bit when fully turned.
Excellent! Install was super easy.
Was recommended to me by a friend. Saves a lot of time converting my Jeep for off-roading. Very easy to install, so easy that I installed it at the campground where I was wheeling. The hardest part was uninstalling the rusty stock swaybar links!
My Rubicon had push button electronic swaybar disconnect. But it shorted out one day after running through a few creeks. It is much cheaper to install manual disconnects than pay for a new electronic controlled swaybar.
These are great. Work perfectly. Doesn't take much to get the pins lined up again and they seem to stay in on the road.
Installed them no problem. Didn’t realize at first that you pull the sway bar up when disconnected. That allows the connect to reach 2nd post. You can see installation here.

Is what the manufacturer claims, dose the job
These install quickly and easily. I used a cordless impact gun and some liquid wrench. That helped break the rust that had built up in the 3 years of New Hampshire weather and salted roads. These were a must to have while wheeling. I shouldn't have waited so long to get them!
Easy fun install even when i came across a little problem. All just a test of my amazing handywork. The problem came when i disconnected the links and tried to lift the sway bar to the off position the giant hole in the frame blocked it from going up. (Ill try to post a picture with a RED circle around it.) Took about three hours figuring it out and moving the tires left and right to make room for a grinder.
Great for off road a must have
