Great replacement, but the pickup tube was too long and had to be cut off about half an inch since the strainer couldn't be shortened.

Ive read the reviews, and realize the sender works, but is not accurate at all. The nut is trash as stated in other reviews, but didn’t realize I had to calibrate the sender. Not looking forward to taking it down again, will just have to learn to live with it, tracking the mileage.

Everything looks good, and better than the 30+ year old unit it’s replacing. The filter sock requires a clamp that does not come with the kit - FYI.

Sending unit is working well so far, but I had to re-use the stock plastic nut. the one it comes with is a little to big and "pops" on the threads when tightening

The new black nut is useless, threads are not right. Was forced to use original nut.
