Broke one of the new bolt zerks just trying to add grease, everything is certainly heavy duty except the bolts.

Kit is great minus the grease fittings. I had one break off the first time i greased it. When i went to pull the grease gun off the tip of the fitting came right off. Had to easy out the rest and put in a new metal firtting

Replacing the factory shackles with this kit was straightforward enough, not too difficult. Removing the original bushings and sleeves was a challenge, but that is no fault of the kit. The problem I have with this set is the greaseable bolts. When I was done with the install I was going to grease the sleeves and bushings using the greaseable bolts. The first zirk fitting snapped off when I had greased it up, then the second one as well. I did not try to grease the others. My plan now is to replace the greaseable bolts with regular bolts and grease the shackles on a regular maintenance schedule. The greaseable bolts are good in theory, but too weak to survive removing a grease gun.

Okay I love this great product at killer price, BUT! Every yj I have two with the same kits the cross tube in the shackle rubs the shackle mounts the hole needs drilled a 1/8in lower
