This hi-lift is worth the money! You MUST pay attention to the safety instructions and the youtube videos. As simple as the device is, it is unforgiving. Within the first day, we had two fingers slightly crushed by 1.) the lever handle (when locking it into place), and 2.) by the lift itself (if you have <150lbs and release the catch to lower the jack). Gloves are recommended (highly). You really should test it out a few times without a vehicle (have someone stand on it using a crutch), and then try it on a vehicle.

As far as sturdiness. Unbelievable. Economy of force? This jack is solid. We lifted the rear of our JK off the ground in less than 2 minutes (using the rear bumper).
Highly recommend the Bolt locking drivers side mount.

I likely will never use the screw jack ever again. As long as you have jack stands to slide under the frame, you are set.

Had mine for ten years now mounted on the hood with a shovel. I take it down every spring and fall to clean, lube it and touch up the paint. I’ll practice using it before I put it back up because it’s dangerous if you don’t. Replaced all the plastic around my Jeep so I could actually use it and man am I glad I did. Keep a piston jack too because you need both.

Second one for me, sold the first with the jeep. I like the Xtreme better. But to be honest the powder coat comes off with enough use.

Took advantage of the show pricing and put it to use stretching fencing that afternoon. Plan on using it to remove old fence posts too. I’m sure it will come in very handy next time on the trails.

Haven’t used it yet, I have it mounted on the Tara flex rear tire carrier. Looks good and doesn’t rattle.
