Pardon my confusion, but it is my understanding that the Dana 30's on Jeep JK's are 27 spline, yet this seal is listed as being for a 30 spline. Not sure that the spline count matters in this case because its a seal, but would like to clarify before ordering for my 2012 JK Sport S. Thanks!
Dana 30 axles are 27 spline and narrow axle shaft, upgraded aftermarket Dana 30 axles are available in 30 spline to match aftermarket lockers for better performance. Those upgraded shafts are required for these to fit a Dana 30.
Will these still work with axle sleeves?
No they will not.
Will they fit 94 yj dana split axle with the shift fork the last set I bought didn't fit I over looked the fine print
No. These are meant for the non-CAD Dana 30. You would have to convert to a one piece axle shaft to have these work.
Does this come with one or two seals?
This is a pair of seals.
What size is the grease fitting on this?
These use M8x1.0 thread sized fittings. Overall height of fitting is 15.88mm (5/8") The fitting supplied use a 9mm (3/8") hex to remove.
Do this fit with Front CV Axle Shaft
No these will only work with u-joint style axle shafts.
