Real U-joints

Definitely beefier than OEM. This is a great replacement with noticeable difference in driving/steering behavior.

Seems better with bearing type u-joints at both ends. I did have to extend it to fit both bolt keyways on the end spline crimps, but only a small amount. Easily done. Steering is tighter and no more clunking over bigger bumps.

Worked great in my 76 Jeep cj5. The steering is nice and tight now.

Very heavy duty with real universal joints. This is a excellent upgrade to the sloppy original CJ steering shaft. Don't waste your time with the standard steering shaft get this heavy duty one. Great price and completely removed the slop I had in my steering. Pictures show the original OEM vs the Crown HD Shaft.

Very nice shaft. Tight. U-joints on each end. Installs easily, once you realize that the shaft slides in and out. It's just tight. Give it a tap. Good product.

Very good product dont struggle with it and take the torch to it to get it to move easy.
