But the windows don’t sit flush

Quality of the kit was good and shipping was fast . My displeasure was in the fact this kit had been purchased by someone , returned to vendor and then resold to me . Some bolts were stripped , washers missing and other pieces scratched .

When an item is priced and sold at $1,000 is returned , you'd think a company would inspect it before selling / shipping it to someone else .

Luckily I was mechanically inclined enough to work around those issues and had some hardware in my shop .

I've only had it 2 months and two little plastic couplings that go inside the tube already broke on both sides of the top

zipper on back window broke right away

If I could give this product zero stars I would. I have had nothing but problems with this soft top. The back window has given me the biggest problem and I've had to replace the window twice. Water constantly gets in the top front from rain, and multiple parts have come undone and I have had to replace them myself. Now the zipper on the top itself on the back window has completely broken off and cannot put it back on, which is now leaving my Jeep exposed.

This top is ridiculously hard to close once the front latches are released. Takes at least three people to get the latches closed. Even the authorized Bestop installer had problems (with my help) getting it closed. Top had been on for a month and still hadn't stretched enough to close easily. We don't even want to take the top off because it's such a pain to close. Regret purchasing this top.
