Easy to install, good price and works well

This is a straight forward install and it does the job!

heavy duty but had to take off the bumper

I was not going to review because did not know how to rate since product okay per se but picture on product misleading. The nuts in pic appear to be welded on which would make for quick, easy install, but, no, bolts and nuts are all loose. Without removing bumper, you have about 3/4 inch to get nut on end of bolt. There are 4 nuts and I was the fifth after the long wrestling match. Wiring harness install took about 5 minutes.. When finished, the receiver looks and works great.

Don’t buy this product unless you want to see your a four flat wiring plug dangling beneath your bumper. I bought the receiver hitch and the wiring harness together. Installed the hitch pulled all the wiring everything worked great. Then went to attach the four flat wiring plug to the retaining clip that came with the hitch and guess what? It doesn’t fit. Contacted quadratec they contacted rugged ridge the answer I received was yes we know that doesn’t work and there’s no solution.

Took apart my bumper and went to install this, only to find that one of the mounting holes was not punched through. I contacted Quadratec, and they will be sending a replacement, but my Jeep is sitting in the garage waiting for the bumper to be put back on. I'm glad that Quadratec is working on making this right, but I'm disappointed in Rugged Ridge's lack of quality control.

The nuts do not come on the hitch as shown in the picture. Save your money and order the one for $59.99 that shows it not having the nuts welded on.
