Great looking solid, heavy bumper.
Replaced the set of chrome bumper with this style.
Love the looks.
I took one star off since the directions on line don't mention drilling, nor possibly dropping gas tank. To fully and securely mount this for towing you need to drill 4 7/16" holes right next to gas tank. The screws mount from the underside into the bumper (treaded holes). I have yet to put these in since it was getting late.
I also don't intend to tow but rather hold the cargo shelf for surf fishing.
I might update if I put other screws in.

Great looking and heavy duty bumper, however, as per the placard on the receiver hitch, this bumper has a CLASS III receiver NOT CLASS IV as stated in the description.

After MUCH 'massaging' of the mounting holes on my 89' YJ, along with beating down the lower attachment brackets on the SmittyBilt bumper, I was finally able to get it bolted up. The supplied hardware and instructions for the two bottom attachment points were incorrect, the threaded inserts on my YJ are 10mm, rather than 12mm as stated by SmittyBilt. The inner 2 mounting bolts on both sides are a challenge to get in with the gas tank installed, but with persistence & patience it can be done. The finish is very nice and the packaging was well done.
If the holes lined up correctly, and the hardware / instructions were correct, I would have gone with 5 stars.

Get what you pay for. Yes, it's a heavy duty bumper but mine came with no bolts or instructions. Smittybilt sent them to me but then I find out no holes line up. I'm stuck grinding the frame rail holes wider. Definitely have to drop the fuel tank to access the other holes you have to drill - which the downloaded instructions say nothing about. Overall a terrible experience. Buy a better brand.

Did not line up with the frame on my TJ. Not even close. If I wouldn't have lost the packaging I would have sent it back.
