Just installed it - looks great but ...... my '05 TJ tailgate swings out about 1/8" over the carrier pivot. Yup, just right for snapping the grease fitting right off. Designers did not do their homework on this one. There's no way to open the gate more than halfway without snapping off the zirk fitting.

Definitely heavy duty. After a year, the weight of the tire carrier and cargo rack have bent down and pulled out from the frame. I initially installed and welded the heavy duty rear frame brace kit, it doesn't help hold the weight of the tire carrier. I can see the tire carrier swing back & forth with every bump. Not sure how well the tow hitch will hold up. Its very short. I carry a bumper mount bike rack and it weighs down the rack even more. Do your homework and spend a bit more for something more beefy and that mounts a lot better to the frame.
