A great addition to the shifter. Brightens up the JK console. Now everyone knows there's two shifters on this Jeep! Great mill-work and the real rubber tire rimming the shifter puts this piece over the top. Great job Drake! Allen screws secure this shifter securely.

Looks great and functions well - easy to install

Fantastic quality knob, looks amazing with its 6-speed big brother next to it.

Hardest part, as anyone who has done this will tell you, is removing the OEM knobs, which in Chrysler's infinite wisdom are not screw-ons like every other vehicle ever.

I used the strap wrench method and it was very simple, it just required some strength: pull into 4Lo so the knob is facing you, wrap the strap wrench around the knob and twist fairly hard, flip strap wrench around and twist the other way. Do this a few times in each direction; this will shimmy and bend the plastic clip holding the knob in place. Once you've done this a few times, pull straight back on the OEM knob (with good, constant force) with both hands and it should pop right off.

Don't forget to use Loctite on the allen screw!

Taking off the original jeep know is difficult but installing the Drake knob was super easy.
