Installed in minutes and look great on my JK. Nice and meaty construction delivers protection to the rockers.

Once all the shipping and billing information was corrected, i received my parts in about 4 business days. Site says 1-3 hour installation, I got them both on by myself in under 20 minutes. If you have an impact wrench, use it! They went on easy and look great. They are more duty than i expected and really a great price.

Package arrived on time, with all the right parts. Instructions were adequate. I have a 2015 JKU Altitude and I had not figured exactly how to remove that trim's rock rails. It took me much longer to remove the OEM than to install the new ones - and it was a 1-person job. I have two recommendations: 1) Loosen or remove the frame bolt so it is easier to get to the two bolts you need to attach the rails and 2) Use jack stands to hold the new one in place while you tighten it.

Easily the best rocker guards / side steps available for the price. Super easy install, and the new mounting spots seem stronger than the OEM side step mounts. The textured black is an awesome detail that gives a real rugged look. The whole process of tearing off the old nerf bars, and installed the new rocker guards took under an hour by myself with only hand tools. Couldnt be an easier install!

These Smittybuilt side armor steps are great! They ship well packaged. The tubes are nicely coated(I went with textured black). Quality is solid and looks/feels heavy duty. Installation is very easy. Each bar installs with 2 existing 5/8ths bolts front and back (4 total bolts on each side). Highly recommend a second person to help with placement as these are approx. 45 lbs each. I highly recommend this product!
