I have a 1999 Wrangler TJ with the QRC front bumper. What winch plate should I get that would work with the bumper and this winch?

Yes, both versions require pre-tensioning and need to be anchored before use.

The Gear Reduction Ratio is 210:1 and we recommend 650 cold cranking amp rating or greater.

You will need a winch mount for your steel bumper, yes. This winch mounts great with the WARN 101255 Winch Mount Plate for 18-20 Jeep Wrangler JL with Factory Steel Bumper or other winch plates for the factory steel bumper.
How easily will this mount to a qrc winch ready front bumper? I purchased a winch from harbor freight I am returning because I could not get a bolt threaded due to lack of room.
This winch is a perfect fit in our QRC front bumpers and installs easily with 4 bolts that line up correctly.

We do sell the stealth winch remote separate which is Quadratec part # 92123.6022. The wiring for the remote is also sold separate which is Quadratec part # 92123.6021.
What is the torque rating?
There is no torque rating for the winches. We rate them in terms of linear pulling ability.
The Winch came pre-spooled with the Rope. Does it still need to be unspooled and tensioned prior to the first use?
