No - this is specifically designed for Rugged Ridge bumpers, part # 11503.24 & 11503.22.
What is the tow capacity of this bumper
This is not a bumper. This is the swing-away tire carrier section for a bumper. The bumper itself is here: https://www.quadratec.com/products/12202_320_07.htm The bumper itself is not rated for towing, but for accessories (bike racks, etc.) only.
Will this work with the Warn rear bumper?
No, unfortunately it will not.
Will this support a 35" or 37" tire?
This will hold up to a 35" tire and requires bumper part # 11503.24 or 11503.22.
Can I install this on factory bumper?
The factory bumper does not have provisions or the support for a carrier this heavy.
