Instructions show removal of OEM fender flares along with the liners. Could these not be installed without removing the flares? I'm keeping the OEM flares.
No, you will need to remove them to access the mounting locations and then you will put the fender flares back on.

This set will not fit Diesel models. The washer fluid reservoir location interferes preventing a clean installation. Sorry for the inconvenience.
will they work for 18 Rubicon front and back
This set will be appropriate for the 18 and Newer JL Rubicon, both front and back. The liners work with flares from all trim level packages. Thanks for your inquiry.
