Love the look. I really wish these would have worked out for me but Oracle does not stand behind their product. Less than 400 miles on these and the lights started going out. Ordered another set and sent the faulty ones in and they wouldn't replace them. Now the second set is flickering. Water from handwashing had no problem getting inside. Buyer Beware!

Bought these lights about two months ago. The passenger red running light and the turn signal now don't work.

Left running light failed after only 3 months

I’ve exchanged these twice in several months.. they stop working fast and easily … cheap Chinese junk … don’t do it
They’re pretty but junk .

Only worked for a few months the right side went out ,After a hard time getting them to warranty it out .A few w later the left side went out .Great looking lights.Wish them were as good as they looked .

Not a 100% flush mounted as some reviews state. Left light didn't work while either the day lights or lights on. It did work when the brakes were engaged and the reverse lights were on

I ordered these lights, out of the box a resistor had a loose wire that was not soldered to the resistor. After soldering the wire the drivers side tail light was defective. The backup light would not come on and the red light was dim and flickered. Oracle’s customer service is awful. Had to jump through hoops to get them to agree to replace the defective parts, then they wanted me to pay for shipping for them to send me working parts. I don’t have the original box any longer, will return if possible or file small claims to force them to make it right if needed. They are great looking lights but think twice before ordering, quality is suspect and service is horrible.

Yet another fail from an Oracle Product. Installed these exactly as instructed and reverse lights do not work. "Plug and Play" for these folks means you plug them in and then have to play with them for days to try and get them to work right. Should have known...had comparable problems with the Bumper Lights and wiring harnesses. Save your money....

I have a 2023 Gladiator that we never could get the running lights to work. Oracle’s response to my issue was to spend even more money on a programmer for a BRAND NEW vehicle. I took it to my dealer twice for the same issue and they will not work. Oracle told me this is not a manufacturer defect and therefore not returnable.

I do not recommend them. Will not use them again.

These are advertised as plug and play and a lot of people I’ve talked to, needed the taser (programmer) to get them to work. That needs to be disclosed because that makes these NOT plug and play.

Look great but stopped working after only 11 months. Emailed oracle with zero response. Sad that you spend this much for an inferior product. Should give 0 stars
