Reviews for Oracle Lighting 5882-504 Flush Mount LED Tail Lights for 20-24 Jeep Gladiator JT

These LOOK really good. Unfortunately, they are not reliable. Installed them on my 22 Gladiator. After less than a week - the reverse lights started working only about 20% of the time (they come on for 2 or 3 seconds then turn off). Last night, I unlocked the car using my key fob and the entire car's lights started flickering including my tail lights, and even the headlights. I decided right then to put my stock lights back in and I'll be working on getting my money back.

Less than one year old and have replaced both sides. First, no revere light on Drivers side then no driving lights on passenger side. I read the poor reviews before I bought them but really liked the style but now I wish I had listened to the reviews.

Love the looks however in less that a year the lights longer blink. Blinks bright for about 2 blinks then dims so much you can't even notice them. Almost got rear ended so I put factory lights back on.

They look cool, but materials are flimsy and not sure how they will hold up off road at speed. I will definitely need to keep stock lights around in case I need to put back on. A few of the parts were broken and elected to use tape since I was told they are so hard to get.

Lights look great. Install was simple and direct. There is a slight gap from light to body but nothing to be worried about. Biggest issue is 6 weeks in and one of the lights has started to malfunction. Groups of the LED's go out at a time and then come back on. Sometimes just the running lights work but the break lights have gaps, sometimes vice versa. Hopefully getting a replacement set soon but these have been out of stock for a while.

Product is defective as shipped. Those with a current LED setup from the factory will experience a "Rear Signal Failure Message." The only way to fix this is if you have a Mini Taser, J-SCAN etc. Looks great, really cleans up the look but be aware you will probably have issues.

Awful. Save your money. Only the drivers side light would work. Returned for replacement set and only the passenger side would work. Oracle customer service was dismissive and of no help nor did they stand by their product.

These are not plug and play! Had issues with the signals and the running lights and was told I would need to buy a TAZER for another $219 in order for the lights to work. Quadric would not take them back as the 45 day warranty expired...didn't help that I went back and forth with Oracle for a month trying to get them to work. If anyone wants a slightly used set let me know..

I purchased these lights back in March or May of 2022. My passenger light went out in January of 2023, they sent me a replacement. My driver light went out a few months after that, they sent me a replacement but I had to argue with them because I had passed the one year mark, but had email communication where an individual stated they had a 2 year warranty from the prior replacement. Now the replacement passenger light has gone out. I’m not even going to try and fight with the company, clearly the product is terrible and I wish I could get my money back. I wish I would have gone with the Mopar LED, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on the Mopar quality. They looked great and the reverse lights are so bright, but if they aren’t reliable then that doesn’t matter.
