Functions and appearance.

Very bright. I wanted a wide flood pattern and it is perfect. They are mounted in front of the grill and there is a shadow to the sides where the Jeep blocks the light. Perfect for my night drive on my street. We have a lot of wild life that I don't want to hit. Great for off road, easy to see side trails and potential obstacles to the side while illuminating the front too. They feel very rugged.

Wide angle

These lights are really nice for the price! I drive country roads in the early AM here in Michigan where there's allot of deer to avoid! These lights really light up the surrounding ditches and down the road as well! Defiantly not a road legal light, so I make sure there's no other visible traffic around. These lights are bright, bright, bright!

I love the beam pattern for finding campsites late at night. I bought the orange covers for both protection and snow driving, and leave those covers on most of the time.
